Steph is one of the best people you could meet on your journey! I wasn't paid to say this but it's true, she is the type to not sugar coat, and instead gives you the harsh truth to hear; it's exactly the things you need to hear to grow (that others wouldn't tell you..)

Thanks to Steph's help I've been able to get multiple flying scholarships, which I don't think would've been possible without the necessary criticism and critical feedback!

Anyone starting out, definitely reach out. Steph is really generous and supportive and willing to help others, even when life gets busy!!

First airline

Steph has been a huge help to me throughout my journey into airline flying. After qualifying, when the job search felt challenging at times, she was always there with honest advice, encouragement and a friendly chat when I needed it most. Her support and insight helped me keep perspective and stay focused on the goal.

Even now, as I'm training with my first airline, we still keep in touch and I genuinely appreciate having someone so approachable and willing to help. The time she gives to aspiring pilots is remarkable, and I know many people have benefited from her guidance just as I have. Thank you Steph!!!

Student in Switzerland

I started pilot school last February and have been mentored by Steph for the last 4 years. She gave me useful advice and knowledge from her own vast experience, so that I could have the best chance of fulfilling my dream. Not only with things relating to flying, but also about how to become a better person in the process - a person that I hope will make me a good pilot in the future.

Things like becoming a volunteer, which I would probably never have tried otherwise because I was too shy. Or helping me prepare for my entrance interview for my flight school, giving me critical knowledge on the methods expected to be used by a pilot for such interviews.

All in all, everyone has different experiences and sets of knowledge, so if you're curious or anxious about anything, I am sure Steph can help. She did for me, and now, thanks in no small part to her, I am studying here in Switzerland.
